Personal Training 1-to-1

Weight loss, toning and nutrition plans, personally devised programmes for you to reach your goals and of course motivation at every stage for your trainer. Pricing for services as listed below:

£80 per hour
£750 for 10 sessions
£1250 for 20 sessions

Kick Start! 1 month training programmes to get you started. Aiming to give you confidence in the gym in your technique and using the equipment, as well as a training programme to continue with. £700

If you have a long term goal, you may benefit more from a package which includes 2 – 4 training sessions per week, diet plans designed for your body type, as well as ongoing training programmes and added sports massage when required to avoid injury for rehab of existing any existing niggling injuries.  Please enquire for package rates.

Group Training & Running Clubs

2 – 3 people may train together in a group at £350 per person for 10 sessions.

4 – 6 people may train together in a group at £200 per person for 10 sessions.

If you or a group of friends are interested in forming you own running club please get in touch., stating your area and how many of you intend to join in.

Clinical Rehabilitation & Sports Massage

With a wealth of experience in muscle rebalancing, posture correction and massage, you will be given a corrective exercise training programme specifically based around your needs and the type of rehabilitation, this will be carried out with a detailed plan and regular assessments.

It’s always advisable when doing a strenuous training regime to seek some form of muscle relaxation and injury prevention and well as treatment. Sports massage is available. £75 per hour (£50ph for clients already undergoing a training programme)

Athletic performance coaching

Lauren is a noted athletic performance coach, training athletes for national competitions. From juniors to adult competitors. She has also worked with fit individuals wanting to improve and develop their speed and sprinting technique.  If you’d like to see how fast you can be please contact for more information.

Strength and conditioning training

Many of us who have a busy lifestyle, simply want to feel healthier and stronger, rather than tired and depleted.  Combined strength training will help to gain lean muscle, become healthier, fitter and stronger.

Bridal packages

3 – 6 month plans to get in the best shape of your life for the most important day  of your life! This is a series of workouts devised for women to get in amazing shape!  You can opt either for 2, 3 or 4 training sessions, you’ll be provided with nutritional guidance, not only for weight loss but for supplementation, for beautiful skin and hair.  You will of course be working out following a specific training programme, which will include gym training, circuits, boxing and dancing! Pre and post natal training

Whilst training as an Osteopath Lauren has a further advanced knowledge in the needs of pre and post natal training. Lauren is experienced in working with women through pregnancy and (when possible) beginning  post natal plans to maintain a healthy and beautiful body.
